She actively engaged in research and analysis, project coordination, strategic communication, and European project design, supporting several EU-funded initiatives and internal activities.
Marsela worked on topics spanning the blue economy, water security, sustainability, and innovation, contributing to stakeholder reports, communication outputs, survey management, and proposal-related activities. Her ability to quickly adapt to complex topics and work effectively within a multidisciplinary and international environment was widely appreciated by the entire SITES team.
