The paper, entitled “Nurturing Entrepreneurship in a Small-Country Innovation Ecosystem: The Case of Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) as an Entrepreneurial Vocational Higher Education Institution,” examines how vocational higher education can strengthen innovation ecosystems through entrepreneurial education, strategic collaboration, and the Triple Helix approach linking academia, industry, and government.
