Brussels, April 16, 2024 – The World Circular Economy Forum 2024 (WCEF 2024) successfully convened at the Square Meeting Centre in Brussels, where SITES, led by Leonardo Piccinetti and Alessandro Tiraborelli, played a pivotal role in advancing circular economy discussions. The forum provided a platform for stakeholders from across Europe and beyond to share insights and strategies for a sustainable future.

During the event, Leonardo Piccinetti emphasized the urgent need for specialized skills to support the circular economy’s growth. “We need a broader set of skills to drive future jobs in the circular economy, including expertise in life cycle assessment, green procurement, data science, and project management.
